As of September 2009 a new masters track will be launched, entitled 'Statistical Science for the Life and Behavioural Sciences'. This initiative is coordinated jointly by Leiden University, VU University Amsterdam, Wageningen University and Erasmus University Rotterdam (Erasmus MC). The master in Statistical Science provides students with a thorough introduction to the general philosophy and methodology of statistical modelling and data analysis, and offers the following two specialisations: applications of statistical methods to the life sciences and to the behavioural sciences respectively.
