Time to get in shape!
The Erasmus Summer Programme focuses on key principles and methods of quantitative medical research. Open to students and health professionals, it provides essential updates in a range of applied medical and healthcare disciplines.
The programme also features courses for those particularly interested in clinical medicine, general practice and public health, as well as for epidemiologists, geneticists and biostatisticians.
Participants at the Erasmus Summer Programme who enrol on one of our Master's programmes in the 2009-10 academic year may be eligible for exemption from any course in the Master's programme that is also part of their chosen Summer Programme.
Fellowship: Nihes offers 15 young, talented and motivated clinicians, epidemiologists and public health professionals the opportunity to participate.

"I was very impressed about the breadth and depth of the research training programmes in medicine and health offered by Erasmuc MC. My aim is to become a Master of Science in health sciences with specialisation in public health. Meeting Nihes student councillors during the Erasmus Summer Programme 2008 was tremendously helpful in preparing my application."

"My main fields of interest are research and oncology. A Nihes Master Graduate in Poland recommended Nihes as the best school for modern epidemiology. I can really recommend the Erasmus Summer Programme to any motivated researchers in the field of epidemiology and public health. The opportunity to get familiar with the work of other students was fantastic and it completely fulfilled my expectations."

"The 2008 Erasmus Summer Programme brought me state-of-the-art research expertise in genetic epidemiology. It was also a great opportunity to meet with peers in my line of business from all over the world. I'll be back in 2009."
