Application procedure 'keuzevakken'

Are you are a student who is currently enrolled in a Master's programme at a Dutch university accredited by the NVAO(*)? And would you like to register for one or more short courses which should count as 'keuzevak' towards your Master’s degree?

Then please carefully read step 1 to 5 of the application procedure before submiting your application.

1) Complete your application form

The online application form includes two fields where you should upload the two following documents:
You will also be requested to send in a letter of the Examining Board of your Master’s programme that they approve of your participation in our course(s).

Please send your application package in twofold at least six weeks before the start of the first course to:

4) Assessment of your application

Nihes aims to confirm receipt of your application as soon as it has reached us. All complete applications that reach us before the deadline, will be carefully assessed by an Admissions Committee.

5) Outcome of the assessment

You will be informed about the outcome of the assessment with an official letter of admission or rejection.

If you have been admitted to the course or courses you registered for, you will be provided with further details about your registration and relevant formalities and practicalities.

Please note that to fullfill the course you need to attend the course and pass the exam (when included).
