After having completed and submitted your application form, you will be able to check whether your application was successful by clicking on [Check application]. When successful, a copy of the form will automatically be sent to the email address you filled out. If you skip this step, you will still receive a copy of your application form, not immediately, however, but within three working days after your submission.

Please note that it is NOT necessary to send in a print out of your application form; your online submission is sufficient. You will soon receive a letter confirming your participation and an invoice.
